Wedding Performance Packages

The Ceremony Collection | $500

  • Pre-Ceremony: 20 minutes of ambient background music as guests arrive.

  • The Main Event: Live music for your processional (aisle walk), signing of the registry, and your recessional (exit).

  • Equipment: Includes a high-quality, battery-operable PA system for any location.

The Post-Ceremony Soirée | $440

  • Duration: 90 minutes of live music.

  • Vibe: Uplifting acoustic sets to maintain the energy during cocktail hour and photos.

The Dinner Set | $570

  • Duration: 2 hours of live music.

  • Vibe: Sophisticated, relaxed background music performed while you and your guests dine.

The Whole Shebang | $1,400

  • The Full Experience: Includes the Ceremony Collection, Post-Ceremony Soirée, and The Dinner Set.

  • Bundle Benefit: Provides seamless musical transition from the arrival of your first guest through to the end of your meal.

Bespoke Songwriting & Studio

  • Original Song Creation: $350 A custom-written song based on your personal story, perfect for a unique ceremony or first dance.

  • Studio Recording & Mixing: $130 per hour A professional digital recording of your song for use in wedding videos or as a keepsake.

Travel & Logistics

  • Nelson/Tasman: Included.

  • Marlborough (Day Trip): $120 flat fee.

  • Golden Bay: $150 travel fee + Client-provided overnight accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking & Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding.

  • The 4-Week Song Rule: All specific song choices must be finalised no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. This ensures adequate rehearsal time and a high-quality performance.

  • Late Finalisation Fee: Song selections provided after the 4-week deadline will incur a $100 admin fee to cover expedited preparation.

  • Power Requirements: The Client must provide access to a safe, grounded 240v power outlet within 10 metres of the performance area.

  • Shelter & Safety: For all outdoor performances, a sturdy, waterproof covering (marquee, gazebo, or permanent roof) must be provided to protect professional instruments and equipment from sun and rain.

  • Professional Rates: Any additional performance time or clinical-consultation work beyond the agreed package is billed at $130 per hour.
